General dosage guidelines for adults:
1-3 droppers 2-3x a day

California Poppy is a gentle nervine. It has antispasmodic, sedative and analgesic properties and has traditionally been used to treat nervous system disregulation, restlessness, pain and nervous tension. Unlike its cousin (the Opium Poppy), California Poppy is not a narcotic, non-addictive, and gentle.
