Chamomile is a common flower used in tea. A mild, yet effective nervine, chamomile should not be overlooked! Traditionally used for restlessness, fevers, colic, mild discomfort and for a gentle calming effect.

Dried herbs can be used for teas, tinctures or infused oils. Store dried herbs in air tight containers, away from moisture and light.
