Yoga and Herb Walk at Wild Aster Farm: April 26th, 2025

Join Carly for a 45-minute all-level stretching and strengthening Yoga flow on the farm, surrounded by healing herbs and beautiful views.
Following the yoga session we will stroll through the herbs and learn about some powerful lymph supporting plants!

Please bring your own water bottle and yoga mat, if you have one. A limited number of extra mats will be available.

About the Yoga: Join Carly for a 45 minute all-level flow on the farm, where will focus on strengthening and stretching. Carly currently leads flows at Yoga For Good, as well as private group classes. She has been practicing yoga for over a decade, completed her teacher training at Yoga Salt in Wilmington and has been teaching for the last 5 years.

About the Herb Walk: After you spend time strengthening and stretching with Carly, Melissa will lead participants on a 30 minute sensory herb walk. We will spend some time observing, learning and interacting with some powerful lymph moving herbs on the farm!

This class is for ages 18yrs and up only. Ticket must be purchased for all participants.

If purchasing a ticket for yourself and some one else, in the notes at checkout, please put the full names of each person for which you are purchasing a ticket.

Please plan to wear appropriate clothing for yoga and shoes for walking around the herb beds. There is a bathroom on site for guest use, but it requires going up a flight of stairs. This class takes place on a working farm, with animals, and medicinal herb crops. Please, no pets. We have our own animals and a working farm dog and for the safety of our animals and your pet we cannot allow outside animals. Task trained service animals are welcome, we just ask that you contact us prior to attending the class so we can make accommodations.

After registration you will receive an email with more detailed information, directions and policies. If you have any questions, please reach out to us!

We understand that things come up, folks get sick, etc. If you are going to miss the class, please contact us via email at info@wildasterfarm.com at least 1 week before the scheduled class date to cancel and receive a refund.

If cancellations are made after this time frame, we cannot offer a refund, but may be able to apply your fee to a future class.

Weather Policy:
This class will take place in most mild weather conditions. If the weather is exceptionally bad (hard rain or extreme weather conditions), we may need to cancel. If we cancel due to weather, participants will receive a full refund. We may also be able to reschedule the class. If the class is rescheduled due to weather, we will offer you the opportunity to attend the new date or receive a full refund.
